Volodymyr MANIN
Director
Appointed in September 2023 as Director of the State Enterprise “State Information and Analytical Center for Monitoring External Commodity Markets”.
Volodymyr has extensive experience in business development in various areas: from the development of specialized divisions to the management of companies in both the private and public sectors.
The appointment of Volodymyr MANIN as the head of a state-owned enterprise is aimed at making the work of the enterprise as useful as possible for business and the state, developing the direction of cooperation with enterprises of any form of ownership, taking into account the needs for expertise and in-depth analytics.
To implement modern approaches to managing a state-owned enterprise, integrate digital tools and optimize both internal business processes and processes that regulate the receipt of services by clients in a convenient way and in the shortest possible time.
“I was taught to work effectively and efficiently by business, where all processes are aimed at improving the company’s financial performance, optimizing business processes, and integrating the latest tools and technologies into them. I also have experience in developing and managing projects, including investment projects, in the public sector, so I am no stranger to management.
My goal is to develop a state-owned enterprise, in cooperation with business and the public sector, to give the state-owned enterprise the status of a modern competitive enterprise that provides our country’s business with the necessary tools for its activities, such as: examination of foreign economic contracts, research of domestic and foreign commodity markets, consulting on commercial activities and management, providing comprehensive support for tender procurement, etc.
The main thing is to be a participant in the economic development of Ukraine, to become an important partner of the state as an analytical center with expertise in export-import relations in international trade markets.”
